Minot Convention and Visitors Bureau
This site serves three main target audiences: city visitors, convention planners and CVB members. We designed the site in a portal format, with a section catering to the specific needs of each of these key groups. The site's features and functions include a calendar of events, convention planner, the latest news, SmartMail™ newsletters, a gift shop and other resources in a design that's fresh, clean and conveys a spirit of fun and relaxation.
The Minot CVB also wanted a way to offer more to their members and to get their members involved in the site. They also wanted an easy way to compile and update a business directory without requiring too much time on the part of the Minot CVB staff. We created a members-only section that allows each member to create an online profile, which can be updated as often as they wish. The administrative interface makes updating easy, whether it's the CVB staff adding the latest news, or members updating their profiles.
